Billet Pusher The quantity of the push rod is decided by cut-to-length of the billets. Each push rod is equipped with racks underneath, and is driven by the motor, reducing gear and low-speed gear. The billets are transported to the cooling bed for further cooling down. Different push rods are driven by the same motor and reducing gear, which guarantees synchronized movement of all push rods and stable transportation of billets. The billet pusher has the advantages of stable billet transportation and high stability. The cooling bed length is also decided by the cut-to-length of the billets. The cooling bed consists of rails and rail stands, and this structure has the advantages of great rigidity, stability and easy maintenance.
